    night before the morn
    desperate and alone
    cloudy fog on my mind
    thought i left all that behind
    but nothing really changes
    just waiting from the fringes
    a lonesome shadow
    here now, gone tomorrow

  • unpaved trail

    the unknown path,
    why is it calling me
    everyone’s left the shore
    why is it showing me the way

    i breath because of you
    i see the world
    but the eyes are yours
    i exist because of you

    i am used to it now

    i walk this lonely road
    unending, unbending
    i stop on this lonely road
    unrepentant, unburdened

    i am used to it now

    this path, what do they want
    they are immovable
    these limbs, what do they want
    they are unstoppable

  • Fog

    A fog so dense, my path seems lost
    Fear so intense, a heartbeat left at most
    A light in this desperation is all I want
    Nightmares I have won’t cease to haunt

    a secret in those eyes
    hidden away, locked
    the betrayal and the lies
    i feel i’m being mocked

    a feeling uneasy, every time
    i look at you now
    and you say everything’s fine
    yet you broke the vow

    would you gain back the trust
    so unceremoniously broken
    or give in again to lust
    and be just a token

    a secret never for another ear
    but only for those eyes
    staring through the crumpled mirror
    and with it, it shall die

    the sweet nothings i whispered
    were for you, not for one soul another
    i thought we were together, up or down
    here i am, without a shadow, full of doubt

    tell me why? isn’t it the least i deserve
    after all i lost, an answer to remember
    shards of trust through broken heart
    never again am i letting you close

    empty space for miles, a blank world out of the blue
    every man for himself. a selfish world, it has come to
    morality in question. sunken without a clue
    there’s one thing you should know, now you do

    a rut, my life
    lazy, lonesome
    i feel empty
    vicious, lost
    even misery laughs

    i see myself in your eyes
    the way you turn, the way you move
    carrying the weight of the world
    still smiling, waiting for me

    i see you from afar, afraid
    for a bit too close, will bring you harm
    but my love for you my love
    will be forever

    i wait for you, i pine for you
    for our time is measured, a moment
    without you, an eternity
    you’re the one for me

    i can’t see you anymore
    for you are eclipsed with someone
    i see you cry, your fury
    uncontrollable

    a sudden shift in your nature
    is not unnatural to me, but for beings
    mortal, i implore your mercy
    they are our children

    the eclipse will end my love
    the clouds will part and we’ll be together
    for it is written
    by skies
