Things end. They have to. For the sake of sanity, eventuality and prosperity. In today’s world, there is no way to appreciate what is given unless it is taken away from you. A life lived is talked about after it ceases to exist. Way too bitchy a world we live in today to praise the living. So why would day to day activities be any different. Put a whole lot of perspective on attachments!

It’s not just the depression, it’s the lack of sharing the feeling of depression that ends up magnifying the problem. Feeling disillusioned, disenfranchised, depressed is perfectly fine, just make sure you talk about it with someone who will try to lend a sympathetic ear.
